Future plans

After lots of discussions and sleepless nights I made up my mind - I am going home!
Those of you who do not know I had a pretty good permanent job offer here in NZ, so speaking about the future plans - prolonging my stay here was one of the key options on my list.

It is hard to say no, but there are moments in our lives when we have to make the choice, and try not to look back and think what if.. There is one sayings I really like - "when one door closes the other opens, but we tend to look at the closed door for too long and do not notice the open ones".

It will be extremely hard to leave New Zealand, country which has become my second home land. I will miss fudge slices, meat pies, hot chocolate. I will miss seeing half dressed kiwis walking in the streets, when I am wearing my winter jacket. Non smoking policy :) The beauty of the landscape.. My dancing classes..

And most of all I will miss my team - my friends who become my kiwi family, and who made my stay in New Zealand as one of the best years of my life.

Kia Ora Amigos ;)

Hello Everyone,

My name is Giedre Brazdzionyte from Lithuania but living in New Zealand at the moment. I finish my MC here term soon though.
Aditi hassled me into creating a blog, so here I am. I should have done it earlier so I could record/share my experiences from Kiwiland......which is the most beautiful place on earth.

Few pictures from NZ for your viewing pleasure ....
